Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Saat Vachan Matrimonial, we value our customers’ satisfaction and are committed to providing a transparent and trustworthy experience. This policy outlines our terms regarding subscription cancellations, refunds, and account visibility.By registering or using Saat Vachan, you agree to comply with these Terms. Please read them carefully before proceeding.

1. Cancellation Policy

Customers can cancel their paid subscription at any time through their account settings.
After cancellation, the user’s profile will be automatically hidden from public view and will no longer appear in search results or match suggestions.
Subscriptions will not auto-renew after cancellation unless manually reactivated by the customer.

2. Refund Policy

Generally, once a subscription plan is activated, the payment is non-refundable.
However, as part of our Customer Satisfaction Commitment, if a customer chooses to cancel their subscription within the first three (3) months of activation, we will refund the remaining balance on a pro-rata basis.
After the completion of three months, no refund will be applicable under any circumstances.
Refunds may also be considered in the following exceptional cases:

In line with our Fake Profile Guarantee, if a user reports a fake profile and it is verified by our team, Saat Vachan will refund four (4) times the amount paid, while the customer’s subscription will continue as per the original plan.
